Some models have undergone special anti-corrosion treatment and can be adapted to scenarios where corrosive media are transported. The dimensional control accuracy is relatively high. The outer diameter tolerance can be controlled within ±0.5%, the wall thickness tolerance does not exceed 10%, and the straightness deviation is ≤1mm/m, meeting the precision requirements for pipeline sealing and mechanical processing. The weld-free design avoids material deterioration in the heat-affected zone of welding. The overall chemical composition and microstructure distribution are balanced, with stable and reliable performance. At the same time, it is easy to cut, weld, bend and form, providing convenience for construction and installation.

Select high-quality carbon steel, alloy steel or stainless steel billets to ensure that the raw materials are free of cracks, inclusions and other defects. After being heated at around 1200°C to reach the plastic deformation temperature, the steel billet is formed into a hollow tube billet through a piercing machine. Then, it undergoes multiple passes of rolling in a hot rolling mill to achieve uniform wall thickness and standard diameter. Subsequently, it undergoes sizing and straightening to eliminate bending deformation. After cooling, it undergoes non-destructive testing, mechanical property testing and dimensional measurement to ensure that the product has no internal cracks and meets performance standards. Finally, it is cut to the required length according to the customer's requirements and then packaged for rust prevention.
