Small-diameter hot-rolled seamless steel pipes are continuously formed through processes such as piercing and rolling after high-temperature heating, resulting in a denser metal structure compared to cold-drawing. This production method gives the steel pipes three core advantages: firstly, a tensile strength exceeding 630 MPa, capable of withstanding high-pressure fluid impact; secondly, an inner wall roughness below Ra 1.6 μm, significantly reducing fluid transport resistance; and thirdly, dimensional tolerances strictly adhere to API 5CT standards, ensuring compatibility with precision mechanical components. Tianjin Xinlida's imported German continuous rolling mill has increased the rolling speed to 12 meters per second, while simultaneously using an online diameter measurement system to correct pipe diameter deviations in real time, maintaining a stable product qualification rate of 99.2%.

To address the diverse needs of different application scenarios, the company has developed a diversified product portfolio. In the energy sector, the developed L360QS sulfur-resistant steel pipe has passed the HIC hydrogen embrittlement test and is suitable for oil and gas well environments containing hydrogen sulfide. In the construction sector, the customized Q345B structural steel pipe, after quenching and tempering, has a 20% increase in yield strength, effectively reducing the building's self-weight. In the transportation sector, the 15CrMo alloy steel pipe provided for high-speed rail braking systems maintains good toughness even at -20℃. These special steel pipes have been applied to key projects such as the China-Myanmar oil and gas pipeline and landmark buildings in Xiong'an New Area.
