Galvanized Oval Steel Pipe

Galvanized oval steel pipes use ordinary carbon structural steel or low-alloy structural steel round pipes as the base material. Through hot-dip galvanizing or electro-galvanizing processes, a uniform and dense zinc layer is formed on the inner and outer surfaces of the pipe. Its core function is to achieve long-term corrosion resistance through the sacrificial anode protection of the zinc layer, while also possessing basic properties such as pressure resistance, transportation, and support. Xinlida Steel Pipe's galvanized oval steel pipes use ordinary carbon structural steel or low-alloy structural steel round pipes as the base material, forming a uniform and dense zinc layer on the inner and outer surfaces of the pipe through hot-dip galvanizing or electro-galvanizing processes. Its core function is to provide long-term corrosion protection for the base material through the sacrificial anode protection effect of the zinc layer, while retaining the basic performance of the round pipe in terms of pressure bearing, material conveying, and structural support. This product can be widely used in fluid transportation, structural support, frame construction, and other fields, suitable for various indoor and outdoor environments, and especially suitable for humid and highly corrosive conditions.


This product has five core advantages:

Nominal diameter (DN): 15 mm to 600 mm, suitable for common household, industrial and municipal applications, and can be customized according to special specifications;



Outer diameter (φ): 18mm to 630mm, conforming to GB/T 3091-2015 standard, with an error ≤ ±0.5mm; Wall thickness (δ): 1.2mm to 12mm, selectable according to pressure requirements, commonly available in 2.0mm, 3.0mm, and 4.0mm specifications; Material: High-quality carbon structural steel/low-alloy structural steel (such as Q195, Q215, Q235, Q355), special materials can be customized according to requirements;


Galvanizing process: Hot-dip galvanizing (zinc layer thickness ≥ 85μm), electro-galvanizing (zinc layer thickness ≥ 12μm), conforming to GB/T13912-2020 standard;


Length: Standard length is 6 meters, 9-meter and 12-meter specifications are also available. Custom cutting is supported, with a length error ≤ ±50mm;
