This hot-dip galvanized round pipe uses a professional hot-dip galvanizing process combined with passivation treatment, giving it corrosion resistance far exceeding that of ordinary steel pipes. The pipe can serve stably for 20-30 years outdoors and up to 30 years underground, making it 3-5 times more durable than conventional steel pipes. The passivation process effectively prevents white rust formation, ensuring stable performance even in highly corrosive environments such as coastal high humidity and chemical pollution. This significantly reduces the frequency and cost of later maintenance and replacement, guaranteeing long-term safe operation of projects.
Hot-dip galvanized round pipes possess excellent physical properties, exhibiting outstanding pressure resistance, impact resistance, and bending resistance, resulting in a robust and durable overall structure. Furthermore, the pipes are heat-resistant and non-flammable, maintaining structural integrity even in the event of a fire, significantly enhancing the safety of building and infrastructure projects. Whether used for structural support, protective railings, or fluid transport pipelines, their superior quality meets high-standard engineering construction requirements, mitigating safety hazards from the source.
This hot-dip galvanized round pipe ranges in size from DN15 to DN300, with wall thicknesses from 1.5 to 6.0 mm. Standard lengths include 6m, 9m, and 12m, and custom cutting is also available to fully adapt to diverse construction needs. The pipes support multiple connection methods, including threaded, grooved, flanged, and welded connections, significantly improving on-site construction efficiency. They are suitable for all scenarios, including indoor and outdoor installations, buried wiring, fluid transport, and steel structure construction. Compared to stainless steel and copper pipes, procurement costs are reduced by 30%-50%, while also considering aesthetics and environmental friendliness. Achieving high-quality materials with lower investment makes it a cost-effective choice for various engineering projects.

Application scenarios: urban water supply and drainage pipelines, gas transmission pipelines, municipal greening fences, street light pole supports, underground utility tunnel supports, etc.
Case Study: A water supply and drainage pipeline renovation project in the old city of a provincial capital city selected DN100-DN300 hot-dip galvanized round pipes as the main transmission pipelines, laying a total of 28 kilometers. With its excellent anti-corrosion performance, the pipelines are suitable for the humid underground environment, solving the problems of easy corrosion and leakage of the original pipelines and ensuring the safety of residents' water use.
Application scenarios: building main structure support, scaffolding erection, fire protection pipelines, air conditioning and ventilation pipelines, roof drainage pipelines, etc.
Case Study: A large commercial complex construction project used DN50-DN200 galvanized round pipes to construct a fire sprinkler system and scaffolding support system, with a total pipe volume of over 1,500 tons. This not only met the corrosion resistance and pressure resistance requirements of the fire pipelines but also ensured the structural stability of the scaffolding. The project successfully passed both fire safety and engineering quality inspections.
Application scenarios: photovoltaic power station brackets, wind power tower auxiliary supports, new energy charging pile frames, etc.
Case Study: A large-scale centralized photovoltaic power station project used φ48×3.0 hot-dip galvanized round tubes to manufacture photovoltaic module brackets, totaling more than 800 tons. These tubes are suitable for outdoor environments with frequent sandstorms. The zinc layer effectively resists ultraviolet rays and sandstorm erosion, ensuring the service life of the brackets and the installation stability of the photovoltaic modules.
Application scenarios: greenhouse frames, farmland irrigation pipes, livestock shed construction, etc.
Case Study: A modern agricultural industrial park greenhouse project used φ25×2.0 and φ32×2.5 galvanized round pipes to build the greenhouse frame, constructing a total of 50 standardized greenhouses. The pipes are lightweight and corrosion-resistant, suitable for the high humidity environment inside the greenhouses, and have good load-bearing capacity, supporting the installation of insulation film and shade netting.

Packaging |
Standard packaging : Steel strapping is used for packaging, with each bundle weighing 2-3 tons (adjusted according to pipe specifications). The strapping spacing is ≤1.5m to ensure that the pipes do not loosen or collide during transportation. Plastic end caps are used to seal both ends of the pipes to prevent foreign objects from entering the pipes during transportation and to protect the zinc coating at the ends.
Customized Packaging : For export orders or special needs, fumigated wooden crates can be used. The quantity loaded in each crate can be adjusted according to customer requirements and transportation methods. The inside of the wooden crate is lined with moisture-proof film and cushioning material to prevent the pipes from being worn or rusted during transportation.
Labeling : Each bundle/box of pipes is accompanied by a product label, indicating the product name, specifications, material, quantity, production date, inspection certificate, and manufacturer information, to facilitate customer acceptance and traceability. |
